I have lived in Sierra Vista since 1988 and have been actively involved in the community. I am married to Iwona, and the proud father of four children, and I am proud to have coached them in little league baseball, soccer and basketball over the years.

Before launching a career in real estate, my lengthy background in sales and management in Sierra Vista prepared me for my real estate career. First with Kinney Shoes for 9 years and 13 years with Famous Sam's Sports Grill in many positions including District Manager and Director of Human Resources. In addition to my business skills and experience, I have been a primary home buyer and seller 9 times (we are in our 9th home here in Arizona), but have also bought and sold investment property and vacation properties. So I understand the issues you have to deal with as a buyer and seller from the consumer standpoint. Plus I have had to deal with having more than one home at a time due to not being able to sell, have bought a new home before selling the old, and have been a landlord, knowledge and experiences which I find benefit my clients.

After the purchase of my first home I realized, I had no clue what I was doing. REALTORS and lenders seemed to speak a foreign language. I considered myself at least reasonably intelligent (although my wife would beg to differ at times), so I was frustrated by my ignorance of real estate. I became intrigued by the entire home buying process, so I began reading real estate related books. Always interested in architecture, homes, and landscaping, my passion for real estate has grown over the years until I decided to pursue a career in real estate and enrolled in a real estate licensing course. I work as a real estate professional because I have a genuine passion for real estate and for assisting people who are in the midst of a hugely important and complicated process.

One of the most important qualities I have to offer you is dedication. Being dedicated means many things! I listen to my clients wants and needs to be sure that we have the same goals for their Sierra Vista and Cochise County real estate transaction. I do what I say I'm going to do, and do it better than anyone else. I understand that some situations can be overwhelming and I strive to make your home purchase or sale as quick and easy as possible. My experience allows me to guide you through negotiations and contract terms seemingly effortless. I always take the time to be sure you understand what's going on and what happens next. Upon moving to Sierra Vista in Feb. 2007, and giving up our search for the "Perfect" home, my husband and I came across a home with a For Sale sign in the yard at a four-way stop we were at. We drove by and around the block many times and even peered into the windows. It seemed our "Perfect" home had found us. I pulled out the card I had for a realtor and phoned Brad that a.m. to tell him of our find. He stated he had just looked at the listing on line and thought it sounded good for us. By Sunday evening we had an appointment to tour the home the next day, and Brad met us at the property at 4:30pm. My husband and I fell in love with the floor plan, color scheme, amenities, yard (with a green lawn), and the location. That evening, Brad was able to get us connected to a financial consultant by phone for a pre- approved loan/credit check, and with his guidance we wrote/signed a contract. Within 24 hours, we had a response from the seller and a commitment to buy. Brad was quick to set up/arrange the various inspections and do the leg work necessary to purchase a house in Sierra Vista. He guided us to shop for a banker, an interest rate, and a company that would work with us. He took pictures for us to send back to Ohio to share with our family, he met us there for many walk throughs.., and his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile were greatly reassuring/appreciated. We closed on the home within one month and took position within 3 days to move our belongings in.
